Hi! i have a problem with reproduction in mi new DAC (Marantz HD DAC1). I configurate all like the instructions says and got no sound. Says “can’t open an audio file”. Im trying to reproduce in windows 64 bits. Need some help.

Are you trying to play a DSD file?
Im trying to play Tidal Music from Audirvana. Not reproduces a single song.
And my DAC its compatible with DSD, also in my first install a was able to listeng with no problem. I change the DAC to my MacBOOk and Imac and this problem appears.
Disable the upsampling and try again.
Already disable and nothing.

One last question…, why DSD says it is not supported? My DAC features says it is compatible.
If your DAC is compatible with DSD over PCM, you can set the native DSD read method to “DSD over PCM 1.0” in the device section of the audio settings page.
If your DAC has a volume control, you may need to ensure it is set at 100% during DSD playback to prevent its USB interface from damaging the DSD signal.
