Audirvana does not see Airplay

I have an Apple TV that I can target with Airplay in iTunes on my Mac/Mojave.

In Output Audio Settings, Audirvana does not propose to use Airplay.

Try to select AirPlay device in macOS settings… you should then be able to select it from Audirvana
