Audirvana endlessly loading tracks

Hi. Playing audirvana 3.5.5 with Tidal (up to date) on MacOS Mojave. For the past couple of weeks, Audirvana won’t play most of the tracks i click on. It just endlessly loads. The same tracks play fine from within Tidal. Rebooting doesn’t help. No idea why. Can someone help?

Have you tried to disconnect and re-login with the Tidal account?

Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message
