Audirvana keeps asking for original PW

Purchased Origin in 11/23 & just now adding it to a 2nd computer. When I click on the icon it asks me for email & PW & then sends me here:

I tried entering the original PW but get an incorrect notice but it won’t let me reset the PW.

Please advise. Thanks.
