Audirvana not fully closing in Windows, using RAM

I’ve been having an issue for quite some time on Audirvana on Windows where, on exiting the program, it doesn’t always fully exit - I have to go into task manager and manually close it under “background processes”. When this happens, CPU usage is at ~0-1%, and RAM usage is around 1gb (I have 32gb DDR4 on my machine). It seems to be a random thing - I cant pinpoint any actual procedure that replicates it every time.

Would be nice to get this resolved. I’ve tried reinstalling the program several times to no avail.

When you have this kind of issue, can you do a right click on Audirvana in the task manger and select “create a dump file”? After doing this can you send us the file at support@audirvana.com?

The dmp can be in two different locations :
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Packages\Audirvana.Audirvana-[… id number that can vary]\LocalCache\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
