Audirvana not working

Have both Tidal & Qobuz available w/ Audirvana latest edition 3.5.50. In discover & new releases I can play. I can load my personal HD Library & play all via Audirvana… Using Audirvana If I search an artist and press play… nothing. Been doing this for a couple of days. (Qobuz app & Tidal app itself plays fine.)

Please assist. Thanks.

Hello,

Have you tried to reconnect your Tidal and Qobuz account to Audirvāna?

yes… I can play new releases only.

as I said I am logged into both Tidal & Qobuz. I have logged out and logged back in several times. Both Qobuz & Tidal indicate I am connected. Audirvana issue as Qobuz app will play fine as does Tidal.

I just get Loading first track…

Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

With your iMac speakers, do you get the same issue?

Yes… I have rebooted safe mode and PRAM and there is still no playback.

Maybe damien can address this… I would love to do a fresh reinstall.

Antoine and Damien are both of the Audirvana (customer/developer) team.

OK… BTW I also use HQ Player and Qobuz works fine there but does not support other features that Audirvana has… UGGH!

You may have a damaged preferences file.
To reset it, open the Terminal application, and enter the following two commands:

defaults delete com.audirvana.Audirvana-Plus
defaults delete com.audirvana.Audirvana

Please note you’ll be asked for your license key when you’ll relaunch Audirvana for the first time after this.

Studio works fine. The 3.5.50 is the issue.

How do I get my license ? can you resend?

I sent you your key in a private message on the forum.
