Audirvana plus songs lose part

(Tidal)I use the latest version of Audirvana plus to play songs on my MacBook Pro, but many of the songs lose part after loading and the songs become incomplete. Why?

Hello @Richard_M,

Do you mean that when you try to play tracks form Tidal in Audirvana it doesn’t load properly?

Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info” while you have the issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

Hi, same was happening here with Tidal.
Part of the song was reproduced properly but the time bar at the bottom of the screen was ‘loading’ only partially, the playback was stopping when the bar was reaching the point where the loading was apparently blocked. Now i moved the Max memory allocated for tracks pre-load fm abt 44 to 52 mn and it seems to work again.

No. I mean the missing part after the song is loaded

What I mean is that most of the songs appear short after the hifi sound quality is loaded
