Hi, I can’t seem to change the Active Audio Device using the Audirvana Remote on my iPhone. Is this normal?

You are hitting to stop button to release the device you were using before you try to change your device?

I thought I did but maybe I only paused. Will try agin with a definite stop.

Hit the pause then you see the stop, hit stop that will unlock the little padlock on your computer then make your device change.

It’s not helpful that the computer has no stop button and the remote has no padlock icon on the stop button.
