Audirvāna Remote app WiiM Pro problems with Qobuz

I’ve recently signed up for a year’s subscription to Audirvāna Studio and am having problems when streaming Qobuz tracks to my WiiM Pro, if I select tracks with the remote app. So far things have been fine when streaming my own music (including high res), but when I stream Qobuz tracks they often jump back to the beginning of the track or stop playing altogether. Things also work fine if I play Qobuz using the AS desktop app.

My setup is AS on a Mac Mini with my local library on an external drive; AS connecting to a WiiM Pro via UPnP; WiiM Pro connected using coax to a Naim SuperUniti. If I use Qobuz Connect directly to the WiiM, it plays perfectly. I’ve tried the Remote app on an iPad Pro and Mini but hit the same problem with both. The Mac Mini, WiiM Pro and iPads are all connected via WiFi to the same BT WiFi Any where disc.

Can anybody help please?

Can you send us a copy of the "Debug Info“ when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account.

Note: When you click on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content. Please paste it in response to this message.
