Audirvana Remote cannot connect to computer

I am currently evaluating Audirvana. I would like to connect my Intel NUC running Windows 10 to my hifi system via a DAC. I have got the Audirvana working on my Windows 10, but the Audirvana Remote on IOS is unable to connect to the computer. The moment I start the app, it will be in the Computer Connection page showing no connection. When I click Back, it will return to the Select Computer page for less than one second and return back to the no connection page. My iphone and computer are sharing the same wifi network. My Windows firewall is also allowing Audirvana.

Please advise what is wrong. Otherwise, I am unable to pay for this product. Thank you.

Helllo @viperrabbit, have you tried to restart your WiFi router? It may have a problem transmitting the connection used by Audirvana Remote (Like the Apple Remote app that controls iTunes, which can be blocked for the same reasons)
