Audirvana Remote wakes up display?!

Hi folks,

is there a way to prevent my Mac Mini’s display to wake up when using the Audirvana Remote? My display goes to sleep after 1 Minute to keep the GPU at a bare minimum. Every time I open the Remote app on my iPhone it wakes up the display of said Mac Mini. Is there a way to disable this?
