I bought the app for 8.99 for Android, I’ve now switched to iPhone, are you seriously telling me I have to pay another $8.99 for the iOS version?! Literally no other apps do this.
Unfortunately, this is how mobile app ecosystems work. There is no cross ecosystem licensing. All apps work like that.
No it’s not. The remote app is the ONLY app I’m being forced to repurchase going from Android to iPhone.

Apologies I’m an idiot, I can’t keep up with tech. My son explained it like this. If you bought a game on Sony you would have to buy it again if you moved to Xbox, makes sense.
It seems the iOS version is free on App Store.
