What you can still try is to connect the DAC directly to the computer and check if that works as expected with DSD.

I did submit a ticket to iFi

Also checked with a direct USB connection from Audirvana to DAC and it worked fine, DSD was recognised and played

Anyone can reccomend alternative ways of streaming DSD files via wifi to Zen Stream?

There is one more thing to try, toggle the Raw PCM switch and see if that helps.
