Audirvana Studio hung up... again

I had Audirvana 3.5? and it hung up with the endless prompt “loading first track.” It was unresolvable with the scant help I got to DX the problem so I deleted the app and paid for the new AV Studio. It worked fine for a while and now it is hung up again showing the prompt “loading first track.” I deleted the app and reloaded with the same outcome.

What can I do to get my music to play again?
