Audirvana won't open - Request to the endpoint timed out


My Audirvana recently stopped working. When I try to open it it tells me I have to log in again. Then after I do it still doesn’t open, but gives me the message “Request to the endpoint timed out.” License is current and nothing about my setup has changed.

When you get this behavior, are you using the Windows or MacOS version of Audirvāna?


Do you have this regularly, or is it the first time you have experienced this?

First time. I’ve been using Audirvana for several years with no problems. Now it’s 100% unusable.

Can you remove your .msalcache.bin file? Once you have done this, please reopen Audirvāna and log back into it. Do you still get your issue?

It can be in two different locations :

C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Packages\Audirvana.Audirvana-[… id number that can vary]\LocalCache\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
