audiverna sees kef lsx on my network but tidal wont load track. all settings are greyed out.

Can you play the local files?

yes. every thing works with the laptop speakers.

Can you play local files on KEFs?

No
I can play tidal from my phone but nothing with audiverna

I think I fixed it. I didn’t have the Kefs allowed in windows media streaming options.
I’m streaming right now from Tidal on Audiverna and loving it. The problem seems to come back after I
switch from Kef to headphone amp and then try the kefs again.
