Beachball of death Again

Hi
It crashes and freezes on a regular basis for me , and its now frozen again !
Starting to re think my subscription - but would like to know the reason why .
I can’t get into the app to get the bug report as I have no access to the program, if I re boot - its the same

any advice before I throw in the towel and find an alternative

If MAC.

Close Audirvana.

Go to Users… Your Home Folder… Library… Preferences…
trash com.audirvana.Audirvana-Studio.plist in that folder
(those are Audirvana Studio software preferences, back them up or not).

Apple hides the Home Folder in Users Library at some time depending on OS System… When you have clicked your Home Folder, and cannot see the Library Folder in there, just do a ‘‘cmd J’’ to show the folder settings preferences and see at the bottom… click Show Library Folder and then you’ll have access to the rest forever.

Restart Mac. Reopen Audirvana and see.
