Bose soundtouch

Hi I have a BOSE Soundtouch and i was able to play my music from my MAC, suddenly is no longer working. Please help!

Hello @dguevara1,

Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

thank you for responding, , The issue with the soundtouch has been resolved. The issue i have now is the synching in windows, i turned on the synching at start however it keeps synching all the time and makes the application slow. This issue is in windows, the application in my Mac is fine
Thanks you

Audirvana 3.5.43

Hello @dguevara1,

AUTO: D:\FLAC COLLECTION
Library database path: D:\FLAC COLLECTION\AudirvanaPlusDatabaseV2.sqlite

Your Audirvana database is located where your tracks are located, this is why it’s slow and Audirvna is syncing. Can you move the database to a different location?

I changed the location of the database to another folder however now i can not rate, set favorites, in the setting i changed to scan when open the application, it reverted back. So anything i do dont work anymore. Any suggestions? i already created several playlists and i still have more track to rate set favorites, etc, etc… i Have a lot of music.

Thanks!
