Bug; Processing Audio Unit plugins can't be removed

this bug appears now and again with Audio Units on the Mac. Even though I’ve selected “No Effect” in the slot under Processing, old AU’s that were previously in that plugin slot magically reappear when the player is used.

I had to throw away the SQLite database once before to fix this. Not a great solution as then I lose any customization I’ve done elsewhere in Studio.

Audirvana Studio 1.13.0 (11300)

macOS Version 12.4 (Build 21F79) with 16GB physical RAM
