Cambridge CXNv2 connection problems

I am stuck on a “Loading first track” message when trying to connect to my new Cambridge CXNv2 streamer from my MacBook Pro. Audirvana will stream via uPnP successfully directly to my amp (Denon AVR x6700), and it can see the CXN in the Network menu, but it just won’t load any songs to play. Please could someone help?? Thanks- I have just registered on here so if I should direct my question somewhere else please do advise!

I got this working on 3.5 but with some problems upsampling to DSD but with Studio it only worked if I upsampled by 2x or used a high res file. Today it has reverted to the 'loading first track scenario) and won’t work on 3.5 or studio no matter what I do. But does work fine into an OPPO. Nothing has been changed my end as far as I know.
