Can not access to audirvana account after changing PC

Hello,
I changed desktop hardware and can not access anymore to my account because I did not close account on old PC. Account page does not open anymore and entry not possible. So what is to do?

If version 3.5, you have to wait for @Antoine

If it is studio version, you should be able to go to web page account and disconnect there…

I succeeded login via tablet and eliminate old connected PC.
