Can someone from Support help me to reset my computer license?

Howdy
I sold a computer and forgot to disable the license on that system. Didn´t know that even with a new OS overwrite the Audirvana License is still on that computer . Can someone from support get in contact with me tto reactivate my license ?

Hello @udapel,

I have removed all your computers from the license database.
You can now activate up to two Mac computers.

To install Audirvana on your Mac, you can proceed as follows:

  1. install trial version : https://audirvana.com/try-mac/
  2. unlock it by loading your license key
