Can‘t access my user account

Hi,
When I try to log in to my user account, a window is shown telling me that my IP address is banned. Is there any problems on the Audirvana site?

I‘m not sure if my credit card will be charged automatically after the free trial period has ended. It was also promised, that the remote app will be available soon and nothing happened yet. Without a working remote I won’t subscribe.

So accessing my account would be great to check the subscription status.

Sorry, I mixed somethings up. When clicking the link in the e-mail I got after registration, I got the banned message. When I open my user account, just a black page with the Audirvana icon in the middle, and nothing else happens. No clickable button, nothing.

Hi,
at least the problem of accessing my.audirvana is solved. I had to clean the cookie cache and suddenly the login screen appeared. Why the link of the e-mail links to a invalid page is still an open issue.
