Please paste your Debug information here, so folks can help you the best possible… it is found here: Settings–> My Account–> Help–> Debug information.
Also please describe your playback system configuration in regard to how you are transmitting signals to your DAC. For example are you locally connected via USB or using Ethernet or wireless transmission via a streamer or DDC.?
