Not sure what happened but I’m no longer able to connect my iPhone

using the remote app. Am running W11 on the sever, Both my ipad and iphone were able to connect until yesterday. Have tried all the tricks you folks suggest in your pop up regarding remote issues, including manually inputting the ipv 4 address and port number. When I tried your suggestion of disconnecting all remote devices I was unable to connect both the phone and the ipad, but after 30 minutes or so the ipad was able to connect again but not the iphone.
