I’ve tried installing the free demo, I have had an email confirming my free trial has started, but I get an error message from the app installer stating no license found, and the app is not installed on my PC. I’ve ensured I have checked the demo version, not existing user etc

Can you search the app Execute in Windows
Open the app and write “regedit” then press OK
You will see a window appearing, on the top of it you have a zone to put Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Cryptography
Double click on machine Guid, copy and paste the information in response of this mail so we can find you in our database.
I missed this, didn’t try until today - it’s worked fine. Now I need to work out how to configure it properly.
