Cannot load APE or CUE files

Hi , my Audirvana suddenly doesn’t support APE or CUE file. All this happen after I clicked iTunes integrated mode. Even I exit this mode, still not working. I’ve tried reinstalling the program and Mac OS recovery, no luck. Can anyone please help me? See below the system debug info, thanks a lot!

Try deleting your database of music or back it up before somewhere else and reload it…

Apple hide the Home Folder in User Library at some time depending on OS System… When you have clicked your Home Folder, and cannot see the Library Folder in there, just do a ‘‘cmd J’’ to show the folder settings preferences and see at the bottom… click Show Library Folder and then you’ll have access to the rest forever.

Close A+

Go to User… Home Folder… Library… Applications Support… Audirvana Folder…
Trash All the files in that folder (that is your database of music, back it up!)

Restart Mac, Restart A+, load a music folder , then wait till finish

Hey Buddy, thanks for your tips! So sad that it is still not working. However, i’ve download the 2.x.x version, and this version can load ape and cue without any issue. So I will have to keep two.

I had trouble sometimes in the past with .cue files and ape format more, cannot be edited (locked) in A+…
so i just opened all my cues and split the files in XLD and now no more bugs…
