Cannot log in my.audirvana.com and Audirvana off line

I cannot log in my.audivana.com. Screen shot shows audirvana and nothing more. see screen shot attached.

In addition, my Infigo Auto IS-1 Streamer was just updated to Release 3.3..0. The unit stuck in off line mode and cannot access QoBuz. I rebooted the steamer and still Audiovan is off line. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Thanks. Audirvana did not work this morning when I started it. I rebooted my Infigo Audio IS-1 streamer and my iPad. I started Audirvana and it requested I log in. Once completed, my albums appeared and my music is streaming. Everything seems to be working. Thank you very much. This issue can be closed.
