Cannot play anything with using Steinberg UR12 in Mac OS Catalina

Hi,

I cannot play anything with using Steinberg UR12 in Mac OS Catalina. I press play, and the time code stays at 00:00

I can play with other cards.

I’ve tested changing all preferences in the application (MQA…)

The debug is attached,
thanks !!

Hello @DRV, can you check your firewall settings? You DAC need to get the access to Audirvana and it don’t seems to have the rights to get access to your computer.

Isn’t it connected via USB?

Hi!,

yes, it’s connected via USB. I turn off firewall, antivirus, test changing MQA… and does not work

Thanks

If you try to play through Apple Music does it work? Is it just with Audirvana that you have this issue?
