Can't access the setting in the top right hand corner

And, Audirvana stopped recognizing my dac.
Firewall is set to allow Aud. and the computer/ dac works fine with Tidals player on this computer.
I have the latest version of Aud…
Running Windows 10

I finally deleted the program and downloaded it again and it’s working.
