I have remote in my S9+ and on an ipad 6th gen and can’t change player. I can find the other players (Bose, TV, AV receiver, etc) but can’t change; I just can with a pc.

Do you mean that if you go in the settings in the Remote and you try to change the audio output, you only see your computer?
No, I can see the Bose device, but when I connect the system crash and I have to restart.
