Can't display album info in Qobuz

When I lick on the book icon in a Qobuz album, I just get a white zone with an error message.
I’m on a new (1 week) installation of Windows 10, release 1909.
It’s a trial version of Audirvana and a valid Qobuz subscription.

PS: Tell me if there is a better place to post this.

Hello @Jean-Xavier_Bardant, do you have acrobat reader on your computer? We use this software to display the album books. Can you install it and try again?
