Cant even get this started from the beginning

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but I downloaded the app, set up a trial account and go to import library and I get “Loading…” that never stops. It can’t be this complicated can it? I’ve been using JRiver and want to leave because when there is a problem, it’s impossible to get help. I was hoping this Audirvana would be different.
I have a Mac running 10.13.6 High Sierra
I have a pretty large itunes library stored on an external drive. I point Audirvana to that drive, (I think the path is correct but I’m not sure) then it asks do I want to rename library and I click yes… then I get the “Loading…” that never stops. No progress bar no nothing just “Loading”
I’ve uninstalled the app, redow
nloaded and it does the same thing.

Here is the debug log: PLEASE HELP THANK YOU

The Library database is the path for the Audirvana database file. You can leave this as standard.

There are two options to add local audiofiles:

  1. The sync folder list
  2. iTunes sync

From Audirvāna Assistance - Customer Support And Community Forum

Click on the “General Settings” at the top right of the Audirvana logo

Open the “Library” section to import your local files.

  • For MacOS: Press the “+” button to locate the folder containing music accessible on the computer or on the network. You can add other folders at any time. It is also possible to synchronize your iTunes library.
