I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but I downloaded the app, set up a trial account and go to import library and I get “Loading…” that never stops. It can’t be this complicated can it? I’ve been using JRiver and want to leave because when there is a problem, it’s impossible to get help. I was hoping this Audirvana would be different.
I have a Mac running 10.13.6 High Sierra
I have a pretty large itunes library stored on an external drive. I point Audirvana to that drive, (I think the path is correct but I’m not sure) then it asks do I want to rename library and I click yes… then I get the “Loading…” that never stops. No progress bar no nothing just “Loading”
I’ve uninstalled the app, redow
nloaded and it does the same thing.
Here is the debug log: PLEASE HELP THANK YOU
