Can't get Audirvana Studio to work

I had Aidivarna 3.3 which i guess is no longer supported.
I tried to upgrade to 3.5 but I guess my key was no longer valid so I signed up for a free trial of Audivarna Stdio
It installed but I get this message when trying to open and I can’t figure out what I an supposed to do.

Error opening library file
Damaged database file at location
/Users/Steven/Library/ApplicationSupport/AudivarnaDatabase.sqlite
Please restore a correct file from a backup or delete it and try again

Help!
Thanks

Rename the file, Audirvana will create a new one and start from scratch. You’ll loose the playlists though. Keep the old file as backup, maybe Audirvana team will be able to help you with repairing it.

Hello @skaufman57,

I can see in our database that your key can only works with the 3.2 version of Audirvana.

Do you still have the file AudirvanaPlusdatabase.sqlite file of this version?

To go to this file with the Finder:

  1. Open its Go menu
  2. Press and hold the option (or alt) key. This brings up the Library folder in this Go menu.
  3. Click on this Library folder
  4. In the Finder window that opens, navigate to Application Support, then Audirvana
  5. There you will find the file AudirvanaPlusDatabase.sqlite

It’s possible that there has been an issue during the migration process, please remove the AudirvanaDatabase.sqlite and try to open Studio again. If it ask you to do the migration, do not proceed to the migration.
