Can't login to Studio App or my Audirvāna

Hello Audirvana. First of all thanks for your software. I had some problems but had been fixed. Now I want to try Studio and maybe to subscribe but i can’t. Installed the app, received temporary codes but when I try to login with my email address used when purchased audirvana 3 months ago and in request for Studio Trial it says “seems to not find your account” or something like this. No link in email, installed from Download - Audirvana What can i do? (Also emailed the problem)

Other users reported here, that they needed to wait some days until it has worked.
