Can't login to web site "your browser must have WebAssembly enabled"

I was trying to login to the web site on a new Mac Mini M2 running MacOS Ventura 13.2. When I tried to login to the web site to download Audirvana it gave me the message

“To access your account, your browser must have WebAssembly enabled. Please allow it in your browser settings.”

I was using a new download of Chrome and went in to chrome://flags/ to enable all of the WebAssembly settings. It didn’t work. I tried Safari, Brave and Firefox as well. No luck. After several minutes on the screen saying “must have WebAsssembly enabled”, while I was typing this post, it refreshed and gave me a login screen. While my issue is resolved I’m posting this in case somebody else runs in to this.
