Can't put my license key in

I upgraded from 3.2 to 3.5 just after the free 30 days expired. Maybe because of that, I don’t know, my 3.5 app just does not start, so that I can’t type in my license key. How should I proceed?

I erased the entire hard drive and re-installed Mac OS and Audirvana 3.5. Now it’s OK!
