Can't Revoke License on Broken Windows (unbootable disk)

Hi, I have purchased a new SSD for my computer but unfortunately during the installation my old OS become unbootable, and I can’t revoke the license. Can anyone please reset my Windows 10 licenses so I can activate manually again. I am talking about a 3.5V license.
