Common local and Tidal playlist

Hello sorry but i dont speak english and i use translaor. I am using Audirvana 3.5.46. Is it possible to create a common playlist for songs from the local drive and from Tidal?

The Play Next function satisfies me to some extent. But I don’t know where to find the playlist made by adding more tracks via PLAY NEXT. And the first track added this way is at the end of the list.

I have found the “Play Next” list. The reference to it is in the attached screenshot, marked with the number 6. And is it possible to save a playlist from it?
