Composer column not picking up multiple composers from file tags

[Windows 10, Studio 1.4.5.]

Composer column is not picking up multiple composers from multiple instances of Composer file tags (this is for FLAC files):

Composers for tracks 1,2,3,4, and 6 and should be: Geezer Butler\\Tony Iommi\\Ozzy Osbourne\\Bill Ward

Track 1-4:

Track 6:

Composers for track 5 should be: Dave Wagner\\Dick Wiegand\\Larry Wiegand

Track 5:

Composers for track 7 should be: Geezer Butler\\Tony Iommi\\Ozzy Osbourne\\Bill Ward\\Victor Brox\\Alex Dmochowski\\Aynsley Dunbar\\John Moreshead

Track 7:

Yes. I have that trouble too. I choose main reference and make a note in Notes section.

bump.

That would be good if all those kinds of fields could be multiples.

For FLAC files, many of the tags within the file can be multiples:

Composer

Performer

Producer

Engineer

Label

Those fields not readable in AUDIRVĀNA. Is that a Tag program?

Yes – Mp3tag. Studio reads only the first Composer tag and ignores the other Composer tags. Roon reads all these tags.

In case you’re wondering, I only populated the Composer tag manually. All these other tags were populated automatically via Musicbrainz Picard.

For me it is frustrating because I’m mostly listening to classical albums and many have several composers.

Although different composers can be entered in track view.
