I have just re-established my account with Audirvana and I am unable to connect to my dCS Bridge streamer via my ethernet LAN. No devices are showing on Ethernet orWiFi.
I have a new router Eero 6+ and perhaps this is the problem of why I can’t see the dCS streamer. Audirvana plays ok through my Mac speakers but I want to use my stereo.
Can you go into the Audirvāna settings and in the My Account section? You will see a ‘Start Log Session’ button; click on it and restart Audirvāna Studio until you reproduce your issue. After you reproduce it, click 'Stop Log Session’ and send at [email protected] the audirvana_studio.log file you can find by clicking the 'Open Log Folder’ button.
Sometimes powering down the device (in this case the dCS) and then turning it on again magically does the trick, because the connection with the network is renewed then. Have you tried that?
