I’m brand new to Audirvāna (currently in a Studio trial and considering the switch from Roon). I have Studio running on an Intel NUC with Windows 11. USB connection to my DAC is working great, but I can’t send audio to either of my two networked streamers. These are both DLNA capable and are seen as endpoints but the most I get is “initializing audio device”, a skip through all tracks and no actual playback. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi, which streamers do you use? I have had that issue in the dim and distant past but can’t remember what I did to fix it. I sometimes stream to my Cambridge Audio CXN V2 over DNLA which works but I find USB also works so mostly stick to that. (I am on Windows 10.)
I have a RIVA Arena and my LG SJ9 soundbar. Both devices show in my network output options like I said, but WASAPI and ASIO both provide the same result of no audio. The Arena even lights up to indicate it’s getting a signal but nothing…
Have you selected the appropriate device in the network settings? Have you tried disabling any upsampling? I see that the max sample rate for either device is 24/192 and no DSD . You may have to manually select the laptop connection (when using DNLA) on the LG or Arena via their apps (where appropriate) as they may be switched to the TV or some other input. And yes, switch between WASAPI and ASIO.

@Antoine I have no clue why, but I just opened Audirvana to play to my USB connected DAC, it was set to output to the Riva Arena I was having issues with and I didn’t realize it, and it now works?!
