I made a wave file for room correction with House Curve app.
If I use it into Convology XT Plugin, in Audirvana Processing, I ear a reverberation .
How can I use the room correction file with Convology or other free plugins?
Thank you
It seems apparent that any measurements must be acquired in the host application so to take into account any processing latencies that affected the room responses… Otherwise, contact the Convology folks for more insights…
Well, the Convology XT plugin is primarily a Convolution Reverb plugin… So you may need load your correction .wav file and twist some of the dials that control delay, mix etc… No delays and all wet… RTFM… You may also want to look at the FIR .wav file with a sound editing app, like Audacity or Reaper, to see if there is too much blank space before and after the impulse response, trim if necessary…
Thank you. Could you please suggesting me other easy plugin for upload my wav file room correction into Audirvana?
The best convolver I have found is the Hang Loose Convolver Hang Loose Convolver (HLC) - Accurate Sound
As for EQ plugins there are literally hundreds, you will have to shop around, find what you like, sounds good to your ears, in your kit and has a nice workflow… Google is your frenemy…
RTFM
Very kind of you
An alternative that makes only loading and implementing file wav for room correction?
I am unsure of what you are asking here…
The Hang Loose Convolver is a plugin that Audirvana can use to load room correction FIR .wav files…
Just remember, this will NOT work if you use upsampler to upsample to DSD!!!
What can be, unburdened by what has been…
