Crashing when clicking on Artist

Am trialling this currently and it is mostly ok, however the biggest issue for me is it keeps crashing when I click on the artist name within Tidal.
On a iMac (Catalina)
Click on Tidal - Rising
Click on an Album - click on the artists name - and then I often get the app crashing and closing. Seems to be hit and miss as to whether it works or not.

Is this a known issue?
It is a shame, despite a few other nuances, it is rally good, but the crashing is causing me to hesitate in purchasing.

Hello @JonRayner, sorry for the delay,

Can you send us the last crash report you got from Audirvana at support@audirvana.com? You can find it in the Console App of MacOS in the Crash Report section

Hi, thanks for coming back to me. As my trial has finished, I cannot get back into the software to get to the crash report section. Is there another way to get there?
Thanks
Jon
