I use goodherz can opener plug in for crossfeed running Audirvana Studio on my MacbookPro which is connected to my DAC by USB.
I works well.
Recently I have changed the set up: Studio streams to my DAP, an AK300S. The DAP is connected to my DAC by USB.
Now the Goodherz plug in does not function although Audirvana shows it as running as normal. The signal being streamed to the DAP is not affected by the plugin.
Any idea why?

Can you please check your device is in USB mode? It seems it is using UPNP?
To complicate matters the DAP is not connected to the DAC directly: the USB cable from the DAP goes to a Denafrips Gaia DDD and from there by i2s to the DAC. I don’t think that makes a difference? My DAC is a Denafrips Terminator.
Neither the DDD nor the DAC are capable of streaming. They need a cable connection.
While playing music if I disconnect the USB cable from the DAP the music stops.
The MacBook streams to the DAP by UPnP.
In such a case, you will need to deactivate real-time option in the plugin settings other wise the plugin will not work.

I have.
“fix for devices with unwanted playback stops” makes no difference for gapless.
Universal gapless playback mode makes the tracks gapless BUT the stream stops randomly mid track.
And with the three activated?
It is the same with all three activated or with the second deactivated.
The stream stops mid-track and the padlock icon at bottom right opens.
Can you go into the Audirvāna settings and in the My Account section? You will see a ‘Start Log Session’ button; click on it and reproduce your issue.
After you reproduce it, click 'Stop Log Session’ and then close Audirvāna, then post the end of the audirvana_studio.log file you can find by clicking the 'Open Log Folder’ button.
I can but the log will be long. It could be a few minutes before the player stops.
