Data base crashing

To be frank, this software is non-functional. It takes hours to sync the music folder and it never completes its task. The system hangs and the software shuts down. I have tried multiple times to get it going and spent hours. You should have debugged it before rolling out.

Your customer profile desk is also behaving erratically and we cannot log in with our passwords and show no account exists. Sometimes I can get in but most of the time I am unable to do so. Cannot even send feedback because of this. I have been a customer for Audirvarna for a couple of years.

Really dissapointed.
