Hi,
I liked the idea of disabeling Core Audio by flagging the “Direct Mode” tag.
But there is no “Direct Mode” entry and no box to be flagged in my “Settings”.
And the debug Info says “Direct Mode: off”…
Did I miss something ???

and so I do not want to screw up my mac…
The questions remains: Can we expect an update of A+ in which direct mode will work again
or is direct mode gone forever ?

For Direct mode, Apple has closed the access in their system for more security since Sierra and above. It Is finish.
