Don't know what to do!

My trial is nearly over but studio is totally unusable. It won’t read my flac files (opens and plays when it wants to). Connected to tidal today and wont open the files saying unable to read. . Please help!!

It’s been 10 days since I received the email when Audirvana Remote delivered an update for Audirvana Studio next week, but I haven’t updated yet.
