Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC. The download link does not start for Firefox, Opera, or Internet Explorer.
The pop up to start the download/install is not coming up on my system. Is there not a way to download the software directly?
Do you have App installer in your computer?

No App Installer on the PC. Both those options require me to get the direct link to the app in the Microsoft store to access the .appx I could not find Audirvana in the MS store to follow either suggestions.
