USB C to USB B connection to DAC
Audirvana Studio recognizes the DAC and the DSD compatibility in the audio setup screen.
But selecting DoP for DSD playback causes the app to crash the moment you push Play for any DSD track.
Error message comes up on app restart that Audirvana needs accessibility turned on in Mac system preferences, but it is already selected and a trusted app.
I have restarted both the DAC and laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled software to no avail.
Can you dump the debug info here?
Hi, I am not sure if this is correct. A terminal window opens when the app restarts with the following message. Is this the debug info?

I am not sure where specifically debug information is kept.
No that’s not your debug, I’ve never seen that on Mac, don’t do anything till @Antoine or one of the tech guys on the forum answer about that terminal screen
I’m probably just paranoid but safe than sorry, you can get your debug if the program is running, from one of the preferences/ settings panes
Sorry to say but won’t get Audirvāna support until next week their only guy has weekends off

Drop your buffer down to 4000mb , that’s usually the first thing to dial in. Perhaps @bitracer will drop back by and see something, otherwise wait till Monday in Paris time………not that you wanted to use your system over the weekend

Have you tried to select “NativeDSD”? Sounds like a driver issue. If it still doesn’t work, re-install the driver.
Ahh sorry, you’re on a Mac. Try DoP 1.1. What kind of DSD resolution you’re trying to play?
Both 64 and 512. A competing software plays both with no issues. I am guessing this is a software issue versus a hardware issue.
DSD64 should work no issues. With DSD512 it’s a bit tricky with DoP. Do you really have files in that resolution or you’re upsampling?
